Use daily. For sensitive skin types, use 2-3 times a week for gentle cleansing and exfoliating.

Depending on your skin type, it is recommended that you exfoliate 1-2 times per week. Our exfoliating cleanser is gentle for daily use on those with sluggish, tired, and thicker skin. For those with sensitive, and thinner skin, it is suggested to use periodically once or twice a week.
