We proudly ship across Canada and all Territories.  Matter Company offers free shipping on all Canadian orders over $80.

All orders are shipped using trusted courier services, and tracking numbers are provided with every shipment. Applicable HST and provincial taxes will be charged on all Canadian orders.

Orders under $80
Ontario & Quebec: $10 (2–7 business days)
Rest of Canada: $12 (5–7 business days)

U.S. Orders & Tariffs

Unfortunately, due to ongoing border issues and increased tariff charges, we are unable to ship orders to the United States at this time.

At Matter Company, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products and are confident you will love your items.

If you are dissatisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the original ship date for a refund. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Items purchased through one of our stockists must be returned directly to that retailer according to their policies. We do not accept returns of items purchased through stockists.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

Shipments During Extreme Weather Conditions

Extreme temperatures can affect our products. Liquid-based items may freeze and expand below 0°C, while solid-based items can melt in high humidity.

In extreme weather situations, we offer next-day shipping for affected products at an additional charge. This ensures your products do not sit in storage overnight, preventing leaks or damage to your order.
