ASK THE HERBALIST:

Q.
Can I use this alone as a moisturizer? Will it feel oily on my skin or cause breakouts?

A.
Yes you can use rosehip seed alone or combined with our anti-oxidant facial moisturizer. Unlike heavier oils that are commonly used on the face, rosehip seed oil absorbs easily. It is described as a dry oil, and does not leave an oily residue.
Rosehip seed oil helps to balance and tone the skin. Individuals prone to oily skin and breakouts will find that rosehip seed oil will work to balance overactive sebaceous glands, preventing breakouts.

Q.
What is cold processed?

A.
Cold processing is a method of mechanical extraction where heat is reduced and minimized throughout the batching of the raw material. This helps the oil maintain its original state, constituents, and depth. Cold processed is best as it hasn’t been altered by heat and retains more nutrients.

Rosehip Oil

Love the rosehip oil. I use it as a serum after toner and before moisturizer. Works beautifully on my mature skin.

Great oil

This is my 4th or 5th bottle. My skin is very sensitive but when I'm taking the oil it just soothes it straight away. I always put it on before bed under my moisturizer and it works wonders over night. It absorbs quickly & makes my skin feel super hydrated & smooth.

Great product for sensitive skin

Love this rosehip oil. I have had a lot of issues with skin care products in the past because my skin is so sensitive but this was a dream right from the start. Also the dropper makes it easy to use and apply. Would happily buy again and definitely recommend.

Rosehip Seed Oil

I love the rosehip seed oil. I am 77 and receive many comments on my well aging looks. The oil hydrates, makes my skin feel so soft and smooth. A little covers my entire face. Perhaps it is helping to prevent more wrinkles. Cost wise I feel it is value for the money. This time I ordered three bottles which were discounted by 22% so a very good deal. I want to give one to my Japanese daughter-in-law who has beautiful skin. It makes a perfect gift.
