What is the preservative in this product; is it natural?

Yes, we chose a preservative called leuconostoc/radish root ferment filtrate.
Derived from radishes fermented with Leuconostoc, a lactic acid bacteria that has traditionally been used to make kimchi, this product consists of an isolated peptide that is secreted from the bacteria during the fermentation process that has been shown to have antimicrobial benefits. The result is a full spectrum preservative that is natural but keeps out all the unwanted nasties.
My daughter and I absolutely love this cream. I usually get it at the One Of A Kind show in Toronto, but I was unable to attend this year. I’m so thankful that I can order it and have it shipped directly to me!
With a thick texture and gorgeous smell, I would definitely buy again. In an ideal world, it would be a tiny bit greasier, and absorb more slowly, but it's not a huge deal.
It is my 3-rd bottle. Great fragrance and absorption. Does not leave unwanted and uncomfortable film on the skin.

I have psoriasis and so to say my skin is dry is an understatement. This cream is super hydrating but not greasy. I love the scent. Very subtle and spa like. I love that it’s natural and a Canadian brand. It’s the perfect body lotion.
It is the only one that actually moisturizes my dry flaky skin on my legs summer or winter, does it all year round. A little goes a long way. It’s impressive to be able to purchase from an independent local business and know that I’m supporting several people in my locale.
