How We Make Things Matter

We put a lot of thought and care into the products we make and I wanted to share with you a little bit of our process and why small batch production ‘matters most to us’.

Small Batch Means Hand-Made

Handmade products take time and thoughtfulness. Made by real people not machines, our loving production staff pays meticulous attention when creating the products we make for you.

We source locally as much as possible and gather from our community garden seasonally. We take pride in carefully selecting the ingredients we use. Every ingredient has a reason for being there. We observe sustainable production cycles, working with nature instead of against nature.

Traditional Methods

Each batch starts with a herbal formula. Each formula is slow-distilled in a hot water bath for up to 24 hours in order to extract the essential properties of the botanical formulation into the product. All recipes are made in small batches to ensure the highest quality.

For us, small batches are part of a larger philosophy and practice in approaching how we produce products, from the formulas, botanical & natural ingredients, detail, care and ultimately the love we put into each product translates to its overall effectiveness.
